About Us

Our Mission
We promise to consistently deliver high quality, reliable, up-to-date education and training to create awareness of fatigue. We are committed to improving the health and safety of workers who experience fatigue at work.

Our Trainers
The Alert trainers are accredited. They also have qualifications in fitness, coaching, training and assessment, and change management. Some of our trainers have been shift-workers and therefore have the ultimate understanding of the potential risks associated with fatigue. Alert Fatigue Management is aligned with General Practitioners, Sleep Research Experts and Nutritionists to develop the most current training programs to reduce the impact of fatigue.

The Need
Alert Fatigue Management understands there is an urgent need for fatigue awareness and training.

Working long or irregular hours is likely to lead to shortened sleep duration. Inadequate or interrupted sleep may lead to sleep debt, having a dramatic impact on health and performance. It is crucial for all employees working long, extended or irregular hours to understand the dangers surrounding fatigue and develop the ability to minimise the associated risks in their everyday lives.

The Approach
Whether a shift-worker, a student or executive, Alert Fatigue Management will provide practical strategies and solutions to help you manage fatigue.
Our training is interactive, fun and flexible and caters for a very wide range of audiences. Workshops are designed to cater for all learning styles by using a combination of learning tools.

Alert Fatigue Management provides training, education and on-going support, so your employees can take responsibility for their own health, sleep and alertness.

The Process
To enable us to deliver the most suitable form of training, we use a four step process. We start with a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to determine your organisational needs. This will assist us to build a report and action plan outlining the suggested order and timeframes of training. We understand the importance of flexibility when delivering training therefore we come to you to present our training and offer a range of delivery options to suit your operation. Our evaluation process allows us to continually improve our training solutions.
