Carolyn is an accredited fatigue trainer, qualified personal trainer, TAFE teacher, lifestyle coach and is currently completing a Master Degree in Business Management. She has the ultimate understanding of the impact of fatigue and sleep deprivation through years of juggling full-time shift-work and study. Carolyn is a regular guest presenter for the ‘Shine’ and ‘Poll Position’ programs Carolyn shares her experiences and wisdom.
